What time should I arrive for weekly services?
Currently, we gather for Sunday School at 9:00 a.m. Morning Worship at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday in the Word at 6:00 p.m. There is room for everybody and we encourage you to arrive a feew minutes prior to the start of your selected service to get comfortable.
Are there provisions for children during service and study time?
Yes, Douglas Tabernacle is blessed with a robust Youth Ministry which includes
classes for all ages Bible Study and Sunday School; additionally, during Morning Worship , 2nd through 5th Sundays, our children’s church meets in the Anderson Douglas Fellowship Hall.
Please see someone from the Hospitality or Usher’s Ministry for direction.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code at Douglas Tabernacle, we only ask that you be
decent and in order as mandated by the Bible.
You are welcome to wear whatever feels comfortable.
A majority of members and friends will be dressed somewhere between
“business casual” and “Sunday best”; additionally, several people will also
be wearing blue jeans and a casual top.
God doesn’t judge and we don’t either.
